By using the PENALTE DAYZ website, signing in, connecting to a listed server or participating in its community spaces, you agree to these terms and the published community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

PENALTE DAYZ provides community-operated DayZ servers, rankings, telemetry, loadout tools and related website features. Features may be changed, suspended or removed to perform maintenance, respond to security issues or improve the service. Access is provided on an as-available basis.

Steam sign-in is used to associate website features with the correct player. You are responsible for protecting your Steam account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to access another player’s information, impersonate staff or bypass access controls. Administrative access is limited to expressly authorised accounts.

The current rules page forms part of these terms. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, ban evasion, deliberate disruption, unauthorised automation and interference with the website, API, collector or game servers are prohibited. Enforcement may include removing content, resetting data, restricting features or suspending access.

Gameplay statistics are generated from server and collector reports. They may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or reset. Rankings, achievements and loadouts have no cash value and do not create an entitlement to permanent storage, a particular rank or uninterrupted availability.

If you submit a report, message, image or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You permit the moderation team to store, review and use that material as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the community.

The website’s original layout, code and PENALTE branding remain protected by their respective owners. DayZ, Bohemia Interactive, Steam, Valve and other third-party names and assets belong to their respective owners. PENALTE DAYZ is a community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive or Valve.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, permanent data retention or error-free statistics. PENALTE DAYZ is not responsible for indirect losses arising from outages, third-party services, game updates, account compromise or actions taken in breach of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time. The team may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect the community or comply with law.
